Die 10 Jahre lange Fassreife hat der Whisky von 2011 bis 2021 in Refill Bourbon Casks verbracht. Abgefüllt wurde er in Fassstärke bei kräftigen 52,7 Volumenprozent. Als naturbelassener Scotch kommt der Whisky von Phil und Simon Thompson zudem ohne Farbstoffe und Kühlfiltrierung aus. Insgesamt gibt es nur 328Flaschen zu kaufen.

Nase:
Grüne Früchte, Heu, Kräuter, Gemüse und ein hauch Vanille.
Gaumen:
cremig und ölig, dezent Süß mit ordentlich Würze. Kräuter und grasige Noten. Zitrus und Torfrauch im Hintergrund.
Nachklang:
Mittellang und warm. Pikante Noten und Torfrauch.
